You can use a variety of utilities like Atf-Cleaner, CacheCleaner, CCleaner to remove most of the temp files including history. You can also click Start -> Run type the following and hit enter
%temp%
then delete whatever temp files left (in order to delete most of the temp files you may need to restart the PC then delete files before you do anything else).
You can delete the history, however that stuff is recoverable….
You can’t delete the IP address, your pc is assigned an IP address it is not a software. It can be changed from Dynamic to Static, also you wouldn’t be messing around with your Public IP address anyway as it is provided to you by your ISP. You can change the IP address on your private network, but i doubt that is what you are asking for….

Insert the OS install disc and reboot the computer in target disc mode. You’ll be given the option to erase and install. This will reset the computer to factory default.
The IP comes from your service provider. They’ll have to change it for you.
(If you have a dynamic IP, it’ll change itself all the time.)
to delete history and cookies of web browser
Step 1
Open Internet Explorer and click on “Tools” in the toolbar.
Step 2
Click on the first option, which is labeled “Delete Browser History.” This will open the “Delete Browser History” window.
Step 3
There should be five different items you can delete in this section: Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History, Form Data and Passwords. At this point you can delete them individually, but if you want to clear everything simply click the button at the bottom marked “Delete All.”
Step 4
This will open another box asking you if you are sure that you want to actually delete all information. Before clicking on “OK,” you can also consider checking the box beside the statement that reads “Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons.” Once you have decided to check the box or not, click “OK” to delete all of the items from the browser.
Click on History at the top of your screen , next to View, and then click show all history, after that right click on the thing you want to delete and click delete, after that go to your recycle box on your desktop, and right click on the one you want to delete permanently and click delete and it gone forever.
Good Luck,
Julia
Hi. Even if you delete it yourself, the information can be recovered in a heart beat.
To delete you just open up firefox–>tools–>Clear recent history–>Check all that you want–>Ok
